Smart Gateway Solution

Gateway solution for data exchange between two DCS

Data exchange between DCS controlling different facilities is often difficult to integrate due to the closed nature of the DCS manufacturer. When data exchange between two DCS is required, connecting the two DCS using a Smart Gateway will effectively enable data exchange between the two DCS. - The DCS supplied to control the power generation facility and the DCS for chemical plant control require DCS data from the other side for efficient monitoring and control, but neither DCS has standard protocol drivers for data exchange.

- Company A and B each support only Modbus/TCP clients, and Smart Gateway provide Modbus/TCP Server communication drivers to both DCS connections to receive and transmit data between the two DCS.

- For example, if company B DCS requires data from company A DCS, company A DCS uses the write function of Modbus protocol to send it to the Smart Gateway, and the Smart Gateway receives it and passes it from the inside to company B Modbus/TCP Server so that company A DCS can take it using the Modbus/TCP Client function.
To provide data exchange between the two DCS, Smart Gateway is - It supports various protocols such as Modbus, BACnet/IP, IEC60870, etc.

- Data you want to exchange can be added/deleted without changing the settings of the Smart Gateway.

- Basic, standard, and premium Gateway can be selected depending on the connection location and data size.

- Provides system/network redundancy.

- It is configured using general-purpose hardware for continuous maintenance.
